Delivery is available in Bucharest and Ilfov, within one of the following time windows: 09:00–13:00, 13:00–18:00, or 18:00–21:00. The delivery fee appears at checkout and depends on the distance, ranging from 30 to 120 lei. Orders over 500 lei are delivered free of charge, on an agreed date.
Do chrysanthemums have a strong scent?
Chrysanthemum leaves have a grassy scent that is noticeable immediately after cutting. If it is bothersome, remove the leaves from the lower part of the stems.

Orders placed before 15:00 Bucharest time can still be delivered the same day, across Bucharest and Ilfov, seven days a week — including Sunday. Our florists need about 3 hours to arrange them and get them to the address, so the windows offered for today are only the ones we can actually make. After 15:00, the earliest date is tomorrow.
Can I order from abroad for someone in Bucharest?

Yes. Our shop counter in Obor is closed on Sundays, but deliveries run every day of the week, during the same hours and with the same 15:00 cut-off.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our courier calls the recipient before arriving. If they cannot answer, we call you, keep the bouquet in water at the shop, and redeliver it the same day or the next morning at no extra cost. You can also ask us to leave it at reception or with the concierge.
