📍 Changing the Address
We do not change the address after the order has been confirmed and accepted. Delivery is made exclusively to the address specified in the order.

- We accept minor corrections (maximum 1–1.5 km from the original address)
📅 Rescheduling Delivery
If the recipient cannot receive the bouquet on the scheduled day, the manager will coordinate a new delivery date with the sender or recipient.

- If the recipient does not collect the order after one or more attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund
- Cancellation of prepaid/reserved orders—the deposit covers organizational expenses and is non-refundable

Unavailable flowers are replaced with equivalent value and style — we always contact you first. The delivery address cannot be changed after confirmation (minor corrections up to ~1.5 km are accepted); contact us on WhatsApp for changes. As perishable goods, fresh flowers are non-returnable by law.
